Non-Refundable Deposits

Please note that all deposits made to BoostGrowth Agency are fully non-refundable. Deposits are used to allocate resources and commence work on your project immediately.

Service Revision

Before considering a refund, BoostGrowth Agency prefers to offer a service revision. We believe in our team’s ability to address and rectify any concerns, ensuring the final deliverable meets your expectations.

Processing Fees

In cases where a refund is processed, the full service fee amount will be deducted from the refund to cover processing fees.

Credit for Future Services

Where possible, BoostGrowth Agency prefers to offer credit for future services instead of cash refunds. This credit can be applied to any of our digital marketing services tailored to your needs. If credit is not a viable solution, we will proceed with a cash refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the process to be completed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Right to Refuse Service

BoostGrowth Agency reserves the right to refuse service in the future on a case-by-case basis, especially in situations where a refund has been issued.

Legal Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This refund policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of New York State. Any legal actions or proceedings related to this policy will be resolved within the jurisdiction of New York State, specifically in Brooklyn where our business is based.
